Click setting -> Help -> About Skype for Business. Please provide the screenshot of detailed version of your Skype for Business.Are there any other users encountering the same issue? Do you change a device to check the issue?.Do you have your own Skype for Business server or pure Office 365 online service?.If you are connected from corporate network try connecting from your personal or home network. Because, you are already signed into the Skype for Business application. And the issue also not with the Internet. It is recommended to contact the network or Outlook Administrators. Please make sure the latest update installed in your Skype for Business. If not, please add the SIP address to integrate Skype for Business with Exchange. Go Exchange Admin Center -> recipients, double click the mailbox -> email addressĪnd check if the SIP address there. If yes, please check the SIP address are added in your email address. As we know, Skype for Business can sync meetings (only meetings) from Exchange, and cannot sync other calendar items, May I know if you means Skypeįor Business on laptop cannot sync meetings?
